Mixing

  • Add the peppermint extract and crushed candy canes, folding them into the dough.

Baking

  • Spoon rounded tablespoons of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring space between them.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
