  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
  • 1 can (4 oz) green chilies, drained

Add-ins

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions

Binding Agents

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Add in the chopped bacon, green onions, and shredded cheddar cheese, folding until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and melted butter until blended. Add to the casserole mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Carefully stir everything together to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  • Once baked, allow cooling for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
