Ingredients
  

For the meatballs

For assembly

  • 6 pieces Brioche rolls Soft and slightly sweet rolls.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and mix gently.
  • Form mixture into meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake meatballs for about 20 minutes until cooked through and lightly golden.
  • In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce over low to medium heat.
  • Add cooked meatballs to simmering sauce for 5 minutes.
  • Toast brioche rolls until golden.
  • Place meatballs in rolls, top with cheese, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve Meatball Sliders with a side salad or chips for a complete meal. To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
