No Bake Crispy Snickers Bars

These irresistible bars combine chocolate, nougat, gooey caramel, and peanuts with a crispy cereal twist. No baking required—just layer, chill, and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips divided, 6 oz per layer
  • 11 oz butterscotch chips divided, 5.5 oz per layer
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter ½ cup per chocolate layer
  • 3 cups Cocoa Pebbles cereal 1½ cups per chocolate layer
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter for nougat layer
  • 1 cup granulated sugar for nougat layer
  • ½ cup evaporated milk divided, used in nougat and caramel layers
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme for nougat layer
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter for nougat layer
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for nougat layer
  • cups lightly salted peanuts, roasted and chopped
  • 11 oz caramels such as Kraft, unwrapped

Instructions
 

  • Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and line it with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt 6 oz chocolate chips, 5.5 oz butterscotch chips, and ½ cup peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Stir in 1½ cups Cocoa Pebbles cereal until fully coated. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate until firm (about 15 minutes).
  • In a saucepan, combine ¼ cup butter, 1 cup sugar, and ¼ cup evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, then cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  • Remove from heat and stir in 7 oz marshmallow creme, ¼ cup peanut butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Fold in chopped peanuts.
  • Spread nougat mixture evenly over the chilled chocolate layer and refrigerate for another 15 minutes.
  • Melt 11 oz caramels with ¼ cup evaporated milk in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Spread caramel over the nougat layer and refrigerate until firm.
  • Repeat the first chocolate layer: melt remaining 6 oz chocolate chips, 5.5 oz butterscotch chips, and ½ cup peanut butter. Stir in 1½ cups Cocoa Pebbles.
  • Spread the top chocolate layer over the caramel and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  • Use the parchment overhang to lift the bars out of the pan. Slice into squares using a greased or warm knife for clean cuts.

Notes

Customize with different nuts like almonds or cashews. For a salted caramel twist, sprinkle sea salt over the caramel layer before adding the top chocolate. These bars freeze well—wrap individually for easy grab-and-go treats.
