  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate for better flavor.
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk Can be homemade if needed.
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee Try espresso for a stronger flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract Add more for a stronger mint flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Enhances the sweetness.

Topping

  • As needed Crushed peppermint candies For decoration; can substitute with other toppings.

Cooking

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Add brewed coffee, peppermint extract, and salt; mix well until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container with parchment paper between squares. Fudge can last up to a week in the fridge, and flavors improve with time.
