Ingredients
  

  • ½ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar with the 'mother'
  • ½ lemon, juiced fresh
  • 1.5 to 2 cups filtered warm water not boiling

Instructions
 

  • Warm the filtered water slightly—just warm enough to help dissolve the salt (not boiling).
  • Stir in the pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.
  • Add the raw apple cider vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Mix well and sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

For a simpler variation, omit the vinegar and just use pink salt, lemon juice, and warm water. Drink daily for 7–10 days to evaluate effects. Use filtered water, drink slowly, and always listen to your body. Avoid overuse if you are sodium sensitive.
