  • 1 pre-made pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Essential for a smooth texture.

  • 1 cup heavy whipped cream Gives the pie an airy feel.
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract For flavor.
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes Brings color and flavor.
  • to taste red and green sprinkles (optional) For decoration.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until fully combined.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies, mixing until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  • Before serving, add red and green sprinkles if desired.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance for richer flavor. Top with extra whipped cream or serve with hot cocoa for a delightful experience.
